  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our team as MasterCard Follow-Up Officers. As a key member of our Cards Sales team, you will be responsible for promoting MasterCard to existing customers, cross-selling value propositions, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Details:

  • Basic Salary: $2,600/month
  • Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6PM
  • 1-Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible)

Responsibilities:

  • Promote MasterCard to existing customers across various consumer segments
  • Engage and build strong relationships with customers to deliver excellent client experiences
  • Ensure timely completion of customer applications and documentation for processing
  • Meet performance standards, business goals, and targets
  • Present effectively and communicate comfortably with customers through face-to-face or telemarketing activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • No experience are welcome to apply
