- Plan, coordinate, and provide leadership for complex inventory control projects.

- Recruit staff members as required working with HR and recruitment.
- Deputize for other staff members as and when required.
- Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5 years in warehouse operation position, and 2 years warehouse management experience, preferably in a medical/pharma industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
