  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities1. Order Fulfilment
  • Understand contractual terms and obligations in order to fulfil shipment requirements
  • Manage shipments' requirements such as port declaration, shipping instructions, insurance application, checking of shipping documents etc.
  • Ensure shipping documents are prepared as per customers' requirements
  • Generate invoices to customers for payments
  • Prepare LC draft and liaise with banks for LC issuance
  • Prepare and ensure shipping documents comply with LC requirements. Liaise with bank directly for LC negotiation
  • Perform warehouse management activities such as receipts, release, stock reconciliation and warehouse billings accurately.
  • Ensure all month end transactions are complete within stipulated timeline
  • Monitor/track shipments and resolve issues when necessary
2. Coordination and Relationship Building
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow-up payments from customers promptly
EXPERIENCE
  • 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Relevant experience in dry bulk and/or container shipments preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to handle high volume transactions in fast pace environment
  • Knowledge in UCP600 and experience to liaise with banks directly for LC negotiation
  • Experience in handling dry bulk shipment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as pivot table/vlookup preferred
