Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to ensure the company hires qualified employees who align with organizational goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.

Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate selection process.

Organize and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) in coordination with hiring managers.

Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.

Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background verification and reference checks.

Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Stay up-to-date on labor legislation, market trends, and recruitment best practices.

Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and analytics for management.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and employment laws.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
