Ready to rewrite the rules of English education? At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just teaching language—we're revolutionizing how it's mastered. If you can dissect a sonnet as easily as you can decode phonetics, and you're itching to apply that expertise to cutting-edge AI, we need you.

We're seeking a trailblazing Curriculum Designer to spearhead our mission: transforming English and Language Arts education through AI-driven innovation and deep subject matter expertise. Your challenge? To double students' language learning speed, from basic phonics to advanced literary analysis.

2 Hour Learning isn't tweaking the education system—we're rebuilding it from the ground up. Our AI-powered platform consistently produces students who ace multiple AP exams, achieve exceptional MAP assessment growth, and shatter their own academic expectations. Join us in crafting the future of education, where results speak louder than rhetoric.

What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to uncover patterns in student data, revolutionizing English language instruction and literary analysis.
  • Engineer adaptive AI tools that make grammar intuitive, vocabulary exciting, and literary analysis accessible to all.
  • Architect dynamic, real-time learning pathways from phonics to advanced text analysis, optimizing each student's progress.
  • Collaborate with top-tier educators, linguists, and AI experts to redefine language education for thousands of students.
  • Transform literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that educate and ignite passion for reading and writing.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing outdated curriculums or drowning in administrative tasks. Your focus is pioneering innovation within our accelerated model.
  • Working in isolation. You'll be integral to our dynamic team, pushing the boundaries of AI in English education.
  • Theorizing without action. Every AI model you develop will directly enhance real-world language skills within our 2 Hour Learning framework.

Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable, transformative improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes. Leverage AI-driven analysis and implementation to achieve a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis at all grade levels, all within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with proven impact on learning outcomes
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Hands-on experience with AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication skills, adept at explaining intricate ELA concepts to diverse stakeholders
