  • Lead the charge in developing and maintaining a state-of-the-art, AI-enhanced SaaS operations infrastructure that delivers unparalleled reliability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across our expanding portfolio of acquired SaaS ventures

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of hands-on SaaS operations leadership in enterprise-facing environments
  • Demonstrated success in managing SaaS operations within an SME serving enterprise clients
  • Practical expertise in implementing AI solutions and automation within SaaS operational frameworks
  • Expert-level proficiency in AWS ecosystem and modern DevOps tools, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
