What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to uncover patterns in student data, crafting innovative strategies that redefine English language instruction and literary analysis.

  • Architect dynamic, real-time learning pathways that guide students from basic phonics to complex text analysis, optimizing each learner's progression.
  • Collaborate with elite educators, linguists, and AI experts to push the boundaries of language education, directly impacting thousands of students.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of impactful experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for educational purposes
  • Exceptional ability to derive actionable insights from complex data analysis
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex ELA concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
