Responsibilities:
- Turning leads from campaign partners into sales through active listening and understanding of customers' needs.
- Identify potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs, and recommending additional products or services that provide added value.
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards.
- Update customer information in the database.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
- Outspoken and not afraid of rejections.
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred.
- Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
- Classroom training (inclusive of role play) provided.
