What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

Your mission is clear: Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions that double the speed of student mastery across all aspects of English and Language Arts. From reading comprehension to writing proficiency, from basic grammar to advanced literary analysis, you'll be the driving force behind measurable acceleration in student achievement within our innovative 2 Hour Learning framework.


Candidate Requirements

  • A solid foundation: Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
  • Proven track record: 3+ years teaching ELA or developing curriculum, with concrete evidence of improving student outcomes
  • Tech-savvy mindset: Basic programming skills in any language
  • AI acumen: Hands-on experience with AI systems for learning, content creation, or data analysis
  • Data detective: Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights
  • Communication ace: Expert ability to convey complex language concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
