  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Retail Operations Specialist-Mandarin Speaking

Location: Singapore (with travel across Southeast Asia)

Salary：SGD 5k-6.5k per month

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Retail Operations Specialist to oversee retail operations, event planning, and staff training across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Plan and execute in-store events, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, and oversee logistics.
  • Retail Operations: Conduct store inspections, ensure compliance with policies, and provide performance feedback.
  • Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
  • Sales & Performance: Drive sales growth, implement strategies to increase customer traffic and conversion rates.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain high service standards and effectively address customer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management, event planning, or operations.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.

Additional Information:

  • Requires standing and walking for extended periods during store inspections and events.
  • Based in Singapore with regular travel across Southeast Asia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • in-store promotions: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Retail Staff Training: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Store Inspections: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
