eComm Operations Assistant ( Logistics )
Job description
You are a member of a vibrant team in the eCommerce Operations Department ( Logistics ). The entire team ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the expectations from preparation to delivery.
This role also requires you to communicate and collaborate with different teams within the organization, namely the Customer Service, Production and Procurement teams.
You are someone who is positive, self-motivated, and has good organizational and communication skills.
You are also careful and attentive to details.
Job Scope
· Receive and confirm Customers’ Orders
· Prepare customers’ orders and get them ready for dispatch
· Provide Order and Delivery Clarifications ( eg. Check status or change of Order information ) to our Customer Service Team
· Communicate with the Production Team to check on the status of the Orders
· Work closely with the Logistics Manager / Supervisor to manage the Order Fulfillment team ( Procurement and Production )
· Work closely with the Dispatch Team ( Delivery Drivers ) to get the items dispatched
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
