We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Operations Team and Center of Excellence in the execution of HR policies, processes, and global initiatives.
  • Support pulse/employee engagement survey process, perform data analysis, consolidate feedback through focus group meetings and collate/monitor improvement actions.
  • Roll out learning and development initiatives such as competency assessment and analysis.
  • Support HR engagement/welfare activities
  • Assist HR operations and administration such as work pass applications, generation of HR documents and maintenance of personal files for accuracy.
  • Administer internship program/career fairs.
  • Create relevant reports (as required) and their associated analysis and presentation.
  • Any other duties that may assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
