Job Purpose:

Ensure efficient implementation of credit models and system initiatives, optimizing risk assessment and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee credit model implementations and system projects, emphasizing stress test and expected credit loss models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed user stories and test cases.
  • Coordinate with technology teams to develop scalable and sustainable system solutions.
  • Define testing strategies, establish sign-off criteria, and conduct system testing for enhancements.
  • Document data flows, system design, and testing methodologies while providing post-implementation support.

The successful Credit Risk Systems Analyst must possess strong expertise in credit risk models, system implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Skills/Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system implementation and testing within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Risk Models, including stress testing and corporate models.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark; Agile methodology experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
