  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are an industrial REIT Company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and with a well-established presence in Singapore. We are looking for a Compliance Officer with an eye for detail but able to work efficiently, accurately and as carry out other regulatory reporting tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision of compliance advisory to support the business
  • Supporting and leading the implementation of regulatory changes
  • Reviewing company's policies and procedures and carrying out compliance monitoring
  • Reviewing risk framework as required, whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions
  • Supporting/Conducting internal reviews and audits
  • Ensuring reporting requirements from MAS are done accurately and in a timely manner in supporting the regulatory compliance and make regulatory SGX filings
  • Assisting in the application process for the appointment of new directors to the Board
  • Act as the main liaison officer between MAS, SGX, Trustees, and Company Secretary
  • Any other duties assigned by the CEO and the Board

Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
