About This Role

Reporting to the CEO, XCL Singapore Schools, the Director of Admissions and School Communications at XCL World Academy will oversee multiple functions, including Admissions, Partnerships, School Affairs & Communications, and Parent Engagement, to develop and implement student acquisition and customer retention strategies to meet the enrolment objectives of XCL Singapore Schools.

What You’ll Be Doing in This Role

Executive Leadership, Planning, and Budgeting

  • Develop market and data-driven strategies, planning, and continuous innovation to attract, enrol, and retain targeted families for XWA.
  • Lead and manage a team to foster a culture of innovation and customer centricity.

Admissions

  • Create and implement strategies and initiatives to meet student recruitment objectives.
  • Lead the Admissions and Enrolment team to collaborate with marketing and academics to deliver a high-quality and efficient admissions experience, optimizing lead-to-enrolment conversion.
  • Ensure quality CRM data management and analysis to continuously optimize performance.

Partnerships

  • Lead the partnership team and collaborate with the marketing team to drive innovative strategies to recruit and nurture partners, increasing lead generation and engagement to meet student recruitment objectives.

School Communications & Parent Engagement

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to identify and implement customer experience initiatives that enhance customer retention.
  • Lead the School Communications and Parent Engagement team to develop and deliver communications and events plans that continuously enhance customer satisfaction and school positioning.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven success in driving enrolment growth in the private education sector, with international schools experience highly desirable.
  • Senior leadership experience with a track record of fostering an innovative, customer-centric, and can-do culture.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for making things happen.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Data-savvy, with the ability to find and present insights from data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a love for telling brand and customer stories through written communications, videos, and events, and a desire to make a real impact through authenticity and customer-centricity.
  • A strong sense of accountability, striving to achieve results, high-quality deliverables, and attention to detail.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
