Digital Marketing Specialist – APAC Region
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help execute the digital strategy across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role will be instrumental in driving our performance marketing efforts and optimizing the digital marketing budget of your assigned perimeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing cloud infrastructure industry.
You should have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B organizations (sectors such as cloud, tech, telco, or fintech are ideal but not essential).
[This will be a fulfillment role as a Maternity back-fill of 6 months - on contract basis].
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full funnel activation to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue via multiple paid, owned and earned digital touchpoints.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Linkedin Ads, Display media partners and potentially other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualize delightful campaigns with impactful briefs and assets according to the business roadmap, go to market plan and priorities.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify high-performing variations.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal spend across different channels.
- Forecast budget requirements based on campaign performance and business goals
- Track and reconcile marketing expenses, ensuring accurate budget reporting.
- Support the team with any other digital marketing initiatives as and when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional local and global stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in online advertising, media planning and budget management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Linkedin Ads or similar paid channels in close collaboration with external media agencies
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
- A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for advertising and performance marketing, with a solid understanding of internet advertising technologies, including tracking and attribution models.
- Knowledge or experience in Cloud / Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) is a plus.
