We are looking for a Corporate Communications Intern to join our team!

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the team to produce impactful, digital-first communication outputs, embedding best practice.
  • Social media savvy, ie LinkedIn practical knowledge and skills, to produce eye-catching and informative social media content that appeals to our different audiences.
  • Smartphone/digital camera use to film short videos, take photos as required, using editing tools and ideally comfortable in scripting, compiling short videos
  • Writing and editing of engaging articles and posts for intranet, internet and appropriate social media.
  • Source engaging and appropriate images to reinforce messaging for articles, posts and collaterals.
  • Support internal and external events planning and implementation such as for town halls, internal programmes, customer events as required.
  • Corporate gifts ideas generation and inventory keeping.
  • Functional Sharepoint depository revamped and management .
  • Support the production of communications material, collateral and promotional items, i.e. posters, leaflets and gifts.
  • Coordinate with vendors and other offices on such sourcing and production.

Qualifications

  • Education: Undergrad in Business (with focus on Marketing), Communications, New Media, Multi-media, English, Journalism or related discipline
  • Specialised knowledge/Skills, if any will be a plus: Social media savvy, experience using Content Management systems, CMS (Sharepoint, WordPress, Dynamics etc) skills and website maintenance experience, editorial management and production, speaks well, speech / content / news / corporate writing, events management, corporate visual identity, change management
  • Other skills: Good people skills, able to multitask and manage tight deadlines, exposure to project management, independent and responsible; comfortable with remote team and management, internet savvy with good IT skills
