Duration: 9 Months Contract

Work Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Work Location: Alexandra Road

We are seeking for interested candidate(s) to assist in our upcoming office relocation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at project management.

Job Responsibilities

Pre-Relocation:

  • Liaise and collaborate with Finance Dept to conduct a thorough inventory of fixed assets for proper accounting, identifying those for retention or disposal if no longer required
  • Pack physical files/records and liaise with vendor to digitise them and conduct quality checks after digitisation
  • Dispose physical files/records, where needed in accordance to file appraisals' guidelines and pack remaining files/records for shift to new office
  • Assist with housekeeping activities across departments, overseeing disposal of unnecessary items
  • Pack and manage the relocation of stationery, pantry items and office equipment etc to be brought over to the new office
  • Liaise with appointed movers and departments on the logistical arrangements for the office move such distribution of packing materials, coordinating with departments/staff on the packing of departmental and personal belongings and having them placed at assigned locations and shifting them to the new office

Post-Relocation:

  • Unpacking and arrangement of common items/assets in the new office space
  • Conduct an inventory of new assets and oversee the tagging process
  • Organise and conduct orientation sessions to familiarise staff with the new office layout and amenities
  • Collect and analyse staff feedback on the new office environment, implementing improvements as necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ of working experience in corporate support/administration/building and facilities management or other related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
