As a Country Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration between the two locations, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining consistency across work processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainability and Process Integration:Oversee and ensure the smooth and sustainable return process between the Netherlands and Singapore, guaranteeing effective communication and operational continuity across regions.
  • Streamlining Procedures: Lead the effort to streamline and improve existing operational procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and reducing unnecessary complexity in workflows.
  • Liaison with Headquarters:Maintain regular communication with the headquarters, ensuring that work progress, challenges, and project milestones are reported accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving and Reporting: Act as the point of contact for reporting workflow issues or challenges, proactively troubleshooting problems and working towards effective resolutions.
  • Maintaining Standardization: Ensure the standardization of operational protocols between the Netherlands and Singapore, establishing a consistent framework for all teams to follow and promoting operational excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: When required, conduct quality checks on work processes, ensuring that all tasks meet company standards and quality benchmarks.

Who We Need:

To succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualities:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial experience
