Role Summary

This role is pivotal in driving the strategic initiatives of the Multi-Asset business, in particular managing the Multi-Asset solutions offering and client relationships. The role will be based in Singapore and the individual will report to the Head of Multi-Asset.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent the Multi-Asset team at clients’ portfolio reviews, new business initiatives discussions, regular updates to distributors and end clients, thereby a key contributor to the business effort in maintaining and increasing asset under management.
  • Represent the firm at client events and conferences to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation with speaking engagements.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their investment needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed investment reports and presentations on investment process, portfolio performance, market outlook and investment strategies for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead projects to incorporate AI in the automation of reports and commentaries.
  • Lead projects to conduct thorough market research to identify investment opportunities in collaboration with Investment Group, Sales and Product Development teams.
  • Collaborate with Investment Group, Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Stay updated on the peers’ landscape, regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure the firm is well placed to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, Mathematics or a relevant discipline
  • Preferably a CFA charterholder

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on client-facing roles
  • Proven track record in managing institutional and retail client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the financial markets, investment principles, Multi-Asset portfolio management and performance attribution principles
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player who embraces a collaborative and open working culture that matches Fullerton’s core values
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
