DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of the project.
- Coordinate and monitor various functions of project consultants from conception through tender, construction, and completion.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Monitor and track project progress along with resolution of issues faced.
- Communicate to stakeholders, project progress, issues for resolution, highlighting risks, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals/objectives.
- Efficiently manage and work closely with clients.
- Overall management of consultants and contractors.
- Run projects within budget and schedule.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- Entry-level or with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be familiar with the contract.
- Knowledge of Contract Law or Construction law will be an added advantage.
- Independent, proactive, resourceful, result-oriented, and with a good eye for details.
- Able to work independently.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
