What The Role Is

You design and develop curriculum for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS)-level training courses in accordance to DIS’ Training Roadmap.

What You Will Be Working On

Review and update existing curriculum

  • Develop new Route-of-Advancement (ROA) courses
  • Ensure training content remains updated and aligned with operational requirements
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to understand operational needs of different DIS vocations


Challenge(s)

  • Understanding diverse operational needs of different DIS vocations
  • Developing comprehensive training roadmaps and curriculum for varied roles
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 6 years of experience in curriculum development domain
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
