Location: Singapore (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,000 monthly (SGD 2,000 Part-time)

We’re seeking a motivated Personal Assistant to support administrative operations remotely. This position offers exceptional work-life balance with no overtime requirements or business travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage documents, emails, and calendar scheduling
- Handle administrative errands and coordinate communications (emails, calls, wechat, etc.)
- Maintain basic social media presence
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, visa applications, accommodations, and expense reporting
- Prepare and proofread confidential corporate documents (e.g., contracts, NDAs, board papers)
- Provide general secretarial support
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Key Traits: Proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
- Must: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Previous admin/assistant experience
