Student Recruitment Manager

We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Student Recruitment Manager and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of all strategic and operational activities related to student recruitment processes, including stakeholder engagement.
- Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships, with cultural adaptability and a pragmatic approach to regional and cultural differences.
- Familiarity and experience with business operations in assigned territories, with evidence of drive, resilience, and energy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing management, or student recruitment management within a private education institution is highly preferred, including at least 2 or more years of sales experience in Asia.
- Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to be operationally hands-on, possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
