Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have successfully led at least two implementations of ServiceNow HRSD and possess strong technical and analytical skills to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to assess implementation efforts based on customer story points.

· Convert business processes into a structured Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for implementation.

· Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow projects, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing.

· Implement and manage ServiceNow Sprints to ensure agile project delivery.

· Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.

· Leverage ServiceNow automation capabilities to optimize IT processes and improve service delivery.

· Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across various IT systems and applications.

· Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

· Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending enhancements to improve business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

· Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD with at least two successful implementations.

· Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and UI development.

· Hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

· Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.

· Experience in Agile methodology and managing ServiceNow Sprints.

· Knowledge of ServiceNow governance, security policies, and best practices.

Certifications (Preferred):

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR)

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC) (Optional)
