Responsibilities

• 合同管理：负责起草、审阅和谈判各种合同，尤其是销售和营销类合同。
• 合规事务：为公司提供专业的法律建议，如商标、广告合规、劳动雇佣等领域，确保公司政策和流程符合法律法规及行业最佳实践，降低合规风险。
• 法律研究：深入研究和分析主要市场（美国、欧洲）的最新法律动态，为公司战略决策提供前瞻性的法律洞察。
• 培训与发展：执行法律培训计划，提高员工对法律和合规的认知水平。
• Contract Management: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, with a particular emphasis on those related to sales and marketing.
• Compliance Affairs: Provide legal advice on compliance affairs, including but not limited to IP, advertising and labor and employment compliance, to ensure the company's policies and processes adhere to legal regulations and industry best practices to mitigate compliance risks.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal research and analysis of the latest legal developments in major markets – U.S. and Europe, offering forward-looking legal insights for strategic company decisions.
• Training and Development: Implement legal training programs to enhance employees' awareness of legal and compliance issues.

Qualifications

• 教育背景：法学学士学位（LLB）。获得新加坡律师资格者优先。拥有欧洲和美国的海外法律学位者优先。
• 经验：至少2年法律领域的工作经验，最好是合同法、劳动法和合规（例如广告合规）等领域的经验。
• 技能：具备较强的分析、谈判和沟通能力。能够独立工作并具备团队合作能力。
• 知识：对新加坡法律法规有深入了解。熟悉美国和欧洲的法律法规者优先。
• 语言：能用英语和中文进行沟通，以便与中国同事协作。
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). Admission to the bar in Singapore is an advantage; Having an overseas law degree from Europe or the U.S. is also preferred..
• Experience: At least 2 years in legal roles, with a focus on contract law, employment law, and/or compliance.
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Singaporean law, with familiarity in U.S. and European regulations as a plus.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese, to liaise with Chinese partners.
