  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Requirements

One of the fastest growing tech companies globally is seeking a Program Manager to help drive the growth of new and existing partners, throughout their product lifecycle, across multiple offers platforms (codes and API integrations) and channels (carrier, retail, etc.)

Description

  • Program management, including supporting pre and post-launch activities of new and existing partnerships across the APAC region
  • Work closely with the Program Management Team, Media Product Business Development Team, Services Content Owners, Engineering, Finance, Legal & Marketing to successfully achieve business goals for each partner and influence customer journeys
  • Support and project manage the launch of partners including campaign setup, testing, and results monitoring
  • Manage partners post-offer launch, including support in resolving any technical issues, queries related to invoicing, customer care, campaign maintenance, and overall management of partner inquiries
  • Leverage data to gather insights for subscription growth optimization
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur
  • Transition manual processes to automated and scalable ones

Key Qualifications

  • Solid technical proficiency with a desire to learn more by seeking expertise and experience
  • Experience in digital subscriptions and best practice subscription user journey’s
  • Proven Track Record working in a collaborative role with internal and external partners
  • Project management experience across a range of internal priority projects and partner projects
  • Experience communicating status to a diverse cross-functional team across engineering and business (adapting the information you share based on the audience)
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to focus and simplify
  • Self-starting, self-motivated, expertise in approaching problems flexibly
  • Leads with inclusion and respect, ability to foster trust, know people, give help
