Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and email support for customers, offering technical assistance and troubleshooting for all products in a timely and effective manner.
  • Investigate customer complaints at the 1st level, providing guidance and solutions. If unresolved, schedule technician visits and fix service appointments.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments or management while ensuring proper follow-ups.
  • Plan and coordinate technician schedules and daily servicing tasks to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement, ensuring satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Prepare Product Warranty Letters, liaise with customers on warranty-related matters, and track warranty claims.
  • Track service reports, customer satisfaction levels, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepare purchase requests and track spare parts inventory to ensure availability for servicing needs.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in similar role is an advantage
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, any Engineering Field or relevant field.
  • Prior experience in SAP is advantageous, but not essential.
