Job Description:

  • Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
  • Manage sections and supervise the team in attending to all customers' requests and feedback
  • Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
  • Learn and be proficient in product knowledge of all items on the menu
  • Training of new team members on Front of House duties according to SOP
  • Manage ordering/inventory/cash/sales records
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the cafe
  • Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the cafe

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related studies, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management
  • Worked in the F&B industry for a minimum of 1 year
  • Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a team
  • 5 days work week
