Job Description:
- Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
- Manage sections and supervise the team in attending to all customers' requests and feedback
- Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
- Learn and be proficient in product knowledge of all items on the menu
- Training of new team members on Front of House duties according to SOP
- Manage ordering/inventory/cash/sales records
- Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the cafe
- Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the cafe
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related studies, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management
- Worked in the F&B industry for a minimum of 1 year
- Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a team
- 5 days work week
