Reports to Deputy Head, Partnerships & Engagement, overseeing Outreach to Corporates, Faith-based Groups, Institutes of Learning & Communities.

A. Job Summary

The Outreach Manager collaborates with the Partnerships & Engagement Dept for Outreach to Corporates, Faith-based Groups, Institutes of Learning & Communities in outreach activities aimed at promoting Caregivers Alliance Limited (CAL) to corporations, faith-based groups, and communities. Additionally, the Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing CAL’s programmes and services tailored to the diverse needs of clients. This includes the development and implementation of mental health awareness projects targeted at both corporate environments and general public education.. This role helps ensure CAL's outreach efforts are inclusive and impactful across various sectors.

B. Responsibilities

  • Plans and executes diverse outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, awareness talks, and events, aimed at promoting CAL and its programs and services to corporations, faith-based groups, and communities
  • Builds and sustains strong relationships with mental health professionals, allied health workers, corporate senior management, HR and CSR professionals, volunteers, clients, as well as representatives from faith-based groups and community organisations
  • Raises public awareness of CAL through engagement with corporations, faith-based groups, and community partnerships, fostering referrals and collaboration
  • Collaborates closely with CAL Heads & Team Leaders, and relevant stakeholders to establish and nurture relationships with corporate partners, faith-based groups, and community organisations. Ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes and services to clients across diverse sectors
  • Works in tandem with corporate partners, faith-based groups, and community organisations to coordinate and participate in events that not only raise awareness of CAL but also promote its programmes and services, addressing the specific needs of clients within these varied contexts
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of CAL’s involvement in outreach activities and events within corporate, faith-based, and community settings
  • Conduct training (talks and workshops)
  • Develops, monitors and ensures that the Key Performance Indicators are achieved
  • Ensures all relevant outreach and event data are properly entered into CAL’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Compiles and submits a regular outreach report reflecting the outreach activities, outcome and effectiveness to the supervisor
  • Undertakes any other administrative duties as and when directed

C. Job Requirements

  • Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree - a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, sales, counselling, social work or psychology will be an advantage
  • Has at least 5 years of related experience in marketing, corporate communications or mental health related fields
  • Possesses good organisational, communication, networking and administrative skills
  • Capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries
  • Results-oriented and is comfortable in working independently
  • Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Proficient in the English Language and has good writing skills
  • Good sense of integrity and displays sincerity when dealing with stakeholders
  • Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues
  • Outreach Manager may be required to conduct talks and workshops in Chinese language. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
