Database Administrator/Sales Support
We are a leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning, repairs and maintenace products serving our customers across Asia, Europe and the US. We are looking for an independent, pro-active and team player to join our growing business.
Job Scope:
· Maintain a well-organized records of customer and distributor database
· Provide Sales Support for local and overseas customers
· Prepare Performa Invoices & Packing Lists for export shipments
· Mainly 5-day office work, but need to be on rotational duty One Sat morning once every 1 to 1.5month.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in English
*some experience in the role of sales coordinator & export documentation is an advantage
