Role Summary:

The Business Support Officer will take on key responsibilities in supporting Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) and Business Support Unit (BSU) initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and exceptional client service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. EV Signage & Parking Lot CoordinationCoordinate EV signage and designated parking lots.
    Work with the graphic design team to ensure signage aligns with brand and functional requirements.
    Manage logistics to facilitate smooth EV parking transitions.
  2. SP Account Setup for Commercial EVCSupport the Business Development sales team in setting up SP accounts for Commercial EVC clients.
    Undergo hands-on guidance during onboarding to thoroughly understand setup procedures.
    Act as a liaison to streamline the SP account setup process.
  3. EVC Proposal GenerationAssist the Business Development sales team with preparing EVC proposals, similar to BSU’s assistance with residential solar proposals.
    Receive on-the-job training to develop skills necessary for creating comprehensive proposals.
  4. LEW Submission for Commercial and Residential ProjectsHandle Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) submissions for both commercial and residential projects.
    Coordinate submission processes, ensuring all regulatory requirements and timelines are met.
  5. Union Power SupportProvide assistance on Union Power matters, ensuring coordinated efforts and timely responses to all inquiries via email, live chat, and hotline.
  6. Union Solar SupportSupport Union Solar initiatives, including lead creation and appointment setting.
    Ensure timely responses to all Union Solar inquiries via email, live chat, and hotline.
  7. BSU SupportOffer flexible support across other BSU tasks and projects to help meet departmental objectives and drive operational efficiency.
