  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Location: one-north
  • 1 year renewable contract
  • 5 days work week
Job DescriptionData Management works
  • Create, maintain and update SAP master data and project codes for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
  • Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
  • Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
  • Ensure documentations are well organised and maintained
Management Reporting works
  • Prepare monthly management reports to Company research and supporting entities.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
  • Assist with additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good command of MS Office application
  • Must be Meticulous, organised as you will be dealing with large sets of number/data at one go
  • Must possess good communication skills as you will liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Candidates with previous Audit / documentation background can be advantageous
  • Candidate who are able to start on immediate basis can be advantageous
