- Location: one-north
- 1 year renewable contract
- 5 days work week
- Create, maintain and update SAP master data and project codes for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
- Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
- Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure documentations are well organised and maintained
- Prepare monthly management reports to Company research and supporting entities.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Assist with additional ad hoc tasks as required.
- Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of MS Office application
- Must be Meticulous, organised as you will be dealing with large sets of number/data at one go
- Must possess good communication skills as you will liaise with internal/external stakeholders
- Candidates with previous Audit / documentation background can be advantageous
- Candidate who are able to start on immediate basis can be advantageous
