Responsibilities
- Support in temp staff recruitment and assist in other recruitment processes
- Manage and co-ordinate HRBP activities such as engagement sessions with divisions and internal staff postings
- Assist in maintaining documents and preparing presentations
- Tabulate staff data generated from HR system and perform basic data analysis/checks
- Perform any other administrative tasks as needed to support operations
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- 5-6 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
- Experience in HR system management would be an advantage
Abilities & Aptitudes
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Meticulous and reliable
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work independently or as part of a larger team
