Senior Manager (Private Banking)
Job Description
Reporting to PB Management, lead the PB Client Relationship team with the following key responsibilities:
1. Develop customer base, enhance PB products and services to meet the department designated business plan; adhering to the Bank and PB policies and procedures.
2. Maintain client business relationships.
3. Supervise the Relationship Managers to meet their respective KPI.
4. Review and/or approve the ongoing exception transactional requests, customer due diligence and documentation submitted by the Relationship Managers.
5. Manage the staff resources and staff training to ensure the continuity of business activities and customer service.
6. Deliver task assigned by reporting manager.
Requirements
1.Academic Qualification: Bachelor or above
2.Professional Qualification: CACS P1 & P2
3.Years of Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in Private Banking
4.Personal Skills: Strong in analysis, coordination and communication
