We collaborate with both international and local partners to conduct direct private credit investments with $60M AUM in the Singapore office.

What We Offer

  • To part take on the consolidation of the financial statement for fiscal 2024.
  • To conduct work surrounding live investment deals.
  • Full-time position conversion for the top candidate with EP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
  • Support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Help maintain and organize accounting documentation, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings by gathering necessary documents and reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and research as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Progression towards CPA, ACCA, or related designations is a plus.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
