  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the installation, configuration, upgrading, operation maintenance, management of computer software, Web / Mobile APP and operating systems to ensure the normal operation of desktop systems and meet users' work needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of internal IT department projects.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Associate degree or above, graduated in a computer-related field.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in IT support, system & network maintenance
  • Familiar with IT applications and systems, e.g. Microsoft Window 10/11, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Networking and system security knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, able to quickly diagnose hardware and software failures, and guide users in using mainstream software.
  • Awareness of information security prevention.
  • Able to work independently, responsible, self-motivated and proactive
  • Good service awareness and professionalism, with strong communication and expression skills; team collaboration spirit.
  • Mandarin speaking skills are considered an advantage.
