This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Contracts Manager at Park & Partners Consultancy located in Singapore. The Construction Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and negotiating construction contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving contract disputes. They will oversee the contract administration process and work closely with project teams to ensure project success.
- Contract Management and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Project Management experience
- Legal knowledge related to construction contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Contract Management or Project Management are a plus
