  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Person shall be responsible for Process design of grassroots or revamp Refinery/Chemical facility from conceptual stage till detail engineering
  • Activities shall include Process simulation, preparation of Process deliverables like Design Basis, Process Flow Diagrams, Material Selection Diagrams, Heat & Material Balances, Equipment List, Equipment Data Sheets, Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Cause & Effects, Line & Special Piping Item Lists, Safety valve calculations, Instrument Data Sheets, hydraulic analysis, thermal rating of heat exchangers, design safety reviews, HAZOP & close-out of HAZOP actions
  • Person shall also interface with other engineering disciplines, Project Manager & clients

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering with up to 8-10 years’ experience in Process design of grassroots/revamp Refinery/ Petrochemical (Downstream) or API/Biopharmaceutical Projects from conceptual stage till completion of detail engineering
  • Experience should include process simulation, preparation and checking of Process deliverables, PSV calculations, hydraulic analysis, intelligent P&IDs, participation in design safety reviews, HAZOP
  • Proficiency in process simulation tools, thermal rating of heat exchangers using HTRI, hydraulic analysis tools like FLARENET, FATHOM, AFT ARROW, IMPULSE is desirable
  • Proficiency in E3D will be an advantage
