Responsibilities:
Lead the investigation of risk related cases that might involve collaborating with other teams, ensuring timely responses to critical incidents and maintaining strict SLA requirements for proactive security protection.
Utilize data-driven insights by tapping on risk cases, tools and dashboards to identify opportunities for optimization in order to improve risk metrics.
Write and maintain operational handbooks, case investigation guides, alarms and dashboards to ensure quality assessment and consistent adherence to guidelines. Continuously enhance guidelines for emerging trends and grey area cases.
Engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in risk management education and outreach efforts, to establish new risk management guidelines and educate stakeholders on security threats.
Identify gaps in current risk management issues and spearhead the development and improvement of new projects/features to plug these gaps.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or above

Ability to handle operational tasks independently: The ideal candidate would be the first-responder for any risk management issues in their domain and will have to manage risk cases independently.
Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with tight deadlines: Aside from driving the resolution of multiple unresolved issues, the ideal candidate is expected to drive projects that involve multiple stakeholders (engineers, project managers, QA etc), ensure projects are on track and be quick to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Data analysis skills and comfortable handling large data sets: The ideal candidate will have to handle large data sets often, including performing analytical tasks on these data sets in a short span of time to make critical decisions.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: The ideal candidate should possess a drive to resolve issues as a team, including demonstrating effective communication and problem solution skills across stakeholders across multiple job functions and departments.
Attention to detail and meticulousness in documentation: The ideal candidate must pay exceptional attention to good documentation practices, ensuring all procedures, guidelines, and case reports are accurately recorded, updated, and maintained for compliance.
Skills/qualifications:
Ability to think long-term and address persisting issues
Past experience leading projects: The ideal candidate would be involved in scaling risk management projects from scratch from 0-1 through the project life cycle including QA, piloting, launching and troubleshooting.
Experience with Fraud Prevention: The ideal candidate would have in-depth domain knowledge and experience working on risk management issues using risk management tools in a fast-paced environment, cognizant of risk management trade offs.
Familiarity with risk detection and mitigation tools: This includes familiarity with implementing and operationalizing dashboards and alarms, as well as proposing recommendations on adjustment of risk management tool
Experience writing guidelines to facilitate operational investigations and usage of new tools
Familiarity with risk related industry trends
