- 2-3 years of proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiation and building strategic relationships.
- Strong brand acumen with ability to represent a brand well in external engagements.
- Experience working with a global consumer brand is highly preferred.
- Vibrant, approachable, and personable, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management platforms, and data analytics tools to support strategic decision-making and partnership management.
