As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join us at our HQ office in Singapore.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Organic & New Channels) and overseeing a team of 3-5 professionals, this role is focused on expanding Castlery's partnerships by fostering strong relationships with strategic brands and influencer partners across all markets. You will play a key role in shaping Castlery's broader marketing strategies, with the goal of reaching more new audiences, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.If you are passionate about home and furnishing and have a strong interest in creatively impress and add value to our customers, join us!Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 professionals responsible for driving Influencer and Brand Partnerships across Castlery markets.
  • Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with current and potential partners, creating a diverse and scalable partnership pipeline to support future business growth.
  • Provide strategic direction in ideating, structuring, and negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring partnerships deliver optimal value for Castlery, its partners, and customers.
  • Develop and execute the annual operational plan, setting clear goals and performance metrics for the team to drive impactful results.
  • Act as the brand's representative in external engagements, confidently representing Castlery in partner interactions and public events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Campaigns, Performance Marketing, SEO, and others to identify and maximize partnership opportunities across various channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, actively seeking and leveraging new partnership opportunities that align with Castlery's growth strategy and market positioning.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiation and building strategic relationships.
  • Strong brand acumen with ability to represent a brand well in external engagements.
  • Experience working with a global consumer brand is highly preferred.
  • Vibrant, approachable, and personable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management platforms, and data analytics tools to support strategic decision-making and partnership management.
