Responsibilities
- Lead regional and global Lead Logistics Partner (LLP) new business opportunities
- Identify key targets with sector and CSI teams for the LLP product and proactively develop LLP opportunities
- Lead the development of tailored customer value proposition that considers each customers unique requirements
- Ensure bids are appropriately resourced and supported, active engagement to ensure success
- Ensure development of new business opportunities following the steps outlined in O2D development processes (ORA, BCA)
- Provide/manage LLP solution design for multi-country projects across the region with the aim of developing compelling LLP business cases (inc. Supply Chain vision, Savings schedule, LLP solution and costings)
- Mentor existing in-country Solutions Design Mangers and wider LLP supply chain consulting community in provision of LLP solutions
- Support in the identification and development of standard approach to LLP Supply chain consulting
- Develop supply chain consulting strategy to support development of LLP
- Support and regionally lead the responsibility for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of LLP supply chain solutions
- Contribute to the development of the global and regional LLP value proposition
- Drive LLP growth through development of LLP business case proposal for target clients
Education/Qualification
- Min. 10 years of experience within the logistics with at least 5 years varied experience in business development, consulting, solutions design or engineering role
- Tertiary Education in related fields
- Worked in a highly complex regional matrix environment. A proven track record of delivering transformational growth
- A proven track record of senior level customer interaction and regional account development
- Knowledge of LLP products, extensive knowledge of LLP marketplace and customer needs.
- Demonstrable evidence of well-rounded Supply Chain and logistics methodologies
- Strategic with a broad understanding of the regional / global LLP landscape
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of developing strategic tools, techniques and approaches for business development and commercial processes
- Commercial awareness and understanding of key costs and cost drivers within the supply chain
