Regional HR Manager – European MNC $11,000 x 12 months + VB
Charterhouse Singapore are supporting a leader in their field in their search for an individual contributor HR Manager to report to the HR Director based in Singapore.
This is a newly created role due to significant business success in the past few years in Singapore and the region and will need someone who is highly self-motivated and able to pivot and move with agility with the needs of this business.
This role will be the bridge between the HR Director and HR Executive and support a workforce of 120 in various countries, and will need to very hands on, operationally but also able to manage complex strategic HR projects and initiatives.
The business has been undergoing significant change and digital transformation, so this person will need to take the lead in these areas and be mindful that Stakeholders may be challenging at times, so someone who can be outspoken and influential is essential
Responsibilities
- Lead all Talent Acquisition processes including posting job adverts, branding, sourcing. managing the interview and offer process to closure and pipelining talent for future roles.
- Lead campus hiring by fostering strong relationships with educational institutions and attending open days
- Manage manpower planning and reporting techniques and making recommendations
- Lead performance management and ensure employees remain engaged and have the opportunity to grow and develop
- Lead change management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous process improvement and for the whole employee lifecycle
- Develop and review compensation and benefits initiatives and programs
- Be a strong business partner and the first point of contact for any issues or queries from the workforce and see each case through to conclusion
- Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive workplace with strong culture and high level of employee engagement
- Support in global mobility as needed
- Can roll up sleeves and manage day to day HR operations to support the HR Exec and manage the workload in times of leave or sickness – A strong team player.
