- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation projects, including digital transformation and process optimization.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles is desirable (e.g., PMP, Scrum).
