As we expand, we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive in Singapore to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to own and manage client relationships, ensuring that their marketing campaigns and digital projects run smoothly. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Manage ongoing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare client presentations and confidently present strategies, proposals, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to align on project deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Requirements
    • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
    • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, web development) is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
