Global Supplier Manager, CSR and HSE
You will be responsible for executing the roadmap for the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Health and Safety Policy for Suppliers. The role will work closely with business units to manage and drive the activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility, and ensuring the compliance of suppliers to the company’s policy and requirements. You will also be the subject matter expert (SME) on CSR compliance and develop some other activities regarding HSE.
- Perform CSR audit plan for suppliers in our division
- Assist with other HS targets in coordination with sustainability global team, including reporting
- Manage security and HSE in Singapore site
- Organize and perform the supplier CSR audit plan of each year.
- Follow up actions with suppliers
- Manage Integrity Next with suppliers and own sites
- Manage HS accountability in our facilities
Implementation of Corporate CSR / EHS Policy from Headquarters
- Integrate requirements of policy into the supplier selection and evaluation.
- Reporting to Headquarters on supplier capability and risks based on gaps identified
Supplier Management
- Responsible for supplier CSR audit planning and execution process (plan, execute, consolidate and follow up)
- Map country specific regulations and identify potential gaps
- Assist in performing quarterly supplier review as part of supplier evaluation criteria
- Monitoring and evaluation of new and current supplier performance on CSR related KPI.
Customer Interface
- Responsible for coordinating customer supplier audits on supplier sites
- Closure of customer findings with support from onsite SQE.
EHS
- Conduct supplier audits according to ISO14001 and 45001 standards
- Follow up on audit action items closure with assistance from on-site SQE
Assist in achieving company ESG Goals
- Assist headquarters in implementation of global procedures, roadmap, etc.
- Assist in performing periodical supplier assessment.
- Provide consultation to other subsidiaries as a Subject Matter Expert.
Implementation of Environmental Regulations
Custodian of BOM check database
- Regulatory support in helping suppliers comply to BOM Check requirement
Security Management
- Develop and oversee security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Implement security risk assessments to protect employees, facilities and assets
- Manage physical security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, and crisis response.
- Liaise with local agencies and regulatory bodies to address security concerns
- Ensure security awareness training for employees
- Investigate security incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science/Occupational Health & Safety/Security Management/Quality Engineering or a related fields
- 5+ years of experience in CSR, HSE and security management, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and CSR frameworks
- Experience with security risk assessments, crisis management, and emergency preparedness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, external partners, and stakeholders
- EHS regulations e.g. (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and CSR frameworks (GRI, UN SDGs, ESG) and other CSR schemes.
