  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send out enquiries for quotations promptly.
  • Select appropriate subcontractors based on workload and location.
  • Input the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and set up pricing for the job.
  • Engage key supply chain contractors to discuss project details and technical requirements.
  • Conduct bulk measurement checks, identify any missing scope in the BoQ, and incorporate it into pricing.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the bid document meets RFP requirements.
  • Review tenders and propose alternative solutions or value engineering options.
  • Manage the distribution of addendum information to relevant subcontractors.
  • Raise tender queries with consultants when necessary.
  • Compile the prelims book with Project Manager input on staffing requirements.
  • Analyze quotations and prepare a summary report.
  • Complete all required estimating forms in accordance with procedures.
  • Develop a list of tender assumptions for submission.
