As part of the Brand & Marketing team, you will be a vital member of the department, reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing and working closely with the various internal and external stakeholders. This role is also responsible for assisting the Brand & Marketing department in the development of the Company's business strategies and execution of developments by driving to company’s plans and related campaigns or programmes.
Job Responsibilities
- Create digital assets for web, social media, paid social, email and digital signages.
- Create video and motion graphic assets using Adobe Effects.
- Create HTML 5 assets for email, display banner and website.
- Digital photo retouching and image adaptations for the website.
- Assist in content publishing for digital signage platform within the property.
- Responsible for alignment of designs according to brand guidelines.
- Work on several projects simultaneously with minimum supervision.
- Able to ideate, strong at storyboarding and contribute to campaign concepts.
- Adapt at a variety of design projects, such as branding, print and digital advertising, company literature, social media, events, websites, merchandise, etc.
- Ability to prepare appropriate working files for digital/print/production.
- Communicate with and coordinate with various stakeholders and other external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of thematic according to proposed designs.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of design agency experience.
- Display exceptional Graphic Design skills, extending across many styles and digital channels.
- Able to work independently, perform well in a fast-paced environment with proper time management and display teamwork.
- Possesses an excellent eye for design and details, have a great understanding of typography and stay up to date with the latest design trends and digital technology.
- Must have strong art direction abilities across advertising disciplines.
- Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and XD) and MS Office on MAC platform. Able to work with 3D modelling and animation on cinema4D is a plus point.
- A well-spoken individual with strong pitching and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, cheerful and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently, resourcefully and approach all jobs with a marketing perspective.
- Create quality 3D models, animations, textures, etc.
- Sketching and digital drawing skills.
- Expertise in UI / UX software.
