Our client is a leading brand in the Luxury Retail industry - currently hiring a driven and confident self-starter to oversee a regional FP&A and business partnering portfolio. Relevant industry within Retail/ FMCG business required, and the successful candidate must have exposure relating to retail stores in the course of their work.Requirements
- Degree qualified with more than 10 years of solid experience handling business partnering / commercial finance responsibilities within FMCG/ Retail/ Luxury Retail business
- Business partnering experience is a must
- Regional exposure required
- Traits: Confident, driven, self-starter, proactive, independent, able to engage and work with senior stakeholders, hands-on in setting up and establishing processes and templates
- Act as a strategic finance partner for the Asia region, providing commercial insights and financial analysis.
- Conduct sales and profitability analysis, monitoring performance by country, store, and product category.
- Support decision-making on store openings, closures, and renovations through financial feasibility studies.
- Collaborate closely with regional commercial, marketing, and retail teams to drive financial performance.
- Establish and enhance reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical templates for effective and timely decision-making.
- Navigate a complex, multicultural environment, building strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Engage with HQ, requiring strong presentation and communication skills to influence key stakeholders
