Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Handle customer issues and concerns with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, and finance) to resolve customer issues.
- Planning & Coordination:Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of operations and resources to ensure timely service delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage inventory levels, production schedules, and procurement plans.
- Assist in creating reports on customer service trends, product performance, and inventory status.
- Track the progress of customer service orders and ensure all timelines are met.
- Provide administrative support to the planning and operations team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in business administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, planning, or operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
